Hiti joined CDC in 2008 covering private equity investments in Microfinance and Clean Energy in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.  She is also responsible for the development of CDC’s Debt portfolio in these geographies related to corporate lending, trade finance and infrastructure.

Prior to her current role, Hiti worked as a Senior Manager at Morgan Stanley, where she was a part of the Microfinance Institutions Group (MFIG), a commercial start up venture to facilitate institutional investment in Microfinance globally. Hiti graduated with her MBA from INSEAD in July 2006, and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado.
