Hywel is responsible for CDC's co-investment programme, global sector funds, alternative assets and microfinance across all CDC's core geographies.
Hywel rejoined CDC in September 2006 after spending two years managing Actis' West Africa business based in Nigeria. In his earlier career with CDC Hywel was based in the UK, Tanzania, Eqypt and Thailand.
