John joined CDC in September 2001. Prior to joining CDC John worked in the treasury department and latterly the budget and analysis department of CME, a commercial TV station operator in Central & Eastern Europe. John started his professional career in the corporate treasury department of Unigate plc.

John has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2007 and has a BA in Accountancy from Abertay University (formerly Dundee Institute of Technology).
