Kabir joined CDC in 2009. Prior to joining, he worked for InfraCo, an infrastructure project developer focussed on Sub-Saharan Africa. At InfraCo, Kabir was involved with the fundraising and analysis of projects in Kenya and Mozambique and helped to launch a spin-off focussed on agriculture, AgDevCo. Prior to this, he held internships in private equity, corporate banking and management consulting.

Kabir holds an MSc, with distinction, in Investment Management, and a BSc (Hons.) in Investment & Financial Risk Management, both from Cass Business School.
