Frances previously served in senior positions in the US Treasury, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Lehman Brothers, and Bank of Boston. Her experience covers a range of financial activities, including corporate finance, private equity, investment management, debt restructuring, and development of proprietary financial products. Much of her work has been in emerging markets, particularly in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
Frances has advanced degrees in both Economics and Law.
He previously worked at Citigroup in London for 5 years. There he was an associate in their investment banking team advising on mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. Prior to that, he worked in their UK debt capital markets group.
Will has been a CFA charter holder since 2012 and holds a Bachelors Degree in French and German from the University of Bristol.
Adam previously worked for Pantheon Ventures, where he was Global Head for Performance, Risk and Analytics covering their primary, secondary, coinvestment and infrastructure private equity products. He was also a member of Pantheon’s Investment Research Committee and chaired the Investment Risk Committee.
Prior to Pantheon Adam was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Bloomberg.
Adam is a qualified ACA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a bachelor’s degree from Nottingham University
Taylor previously worked as Assistant Manager in Bank of China (Hong Kong), where she reviewed group-wide credit portfolios and risk models. Prior to Bank of China, she was a specialist at Moody’s Analytics in quantitative advisory and client relationship management in Asia.
Taylor holds an MSc from London Business School, an MA from Columbia University and a BSc from Beijing Institute of Technology.
She started supporting Frances Reid, who was appointed CIO in November 2014, and became a permanent member of staff in April 2015.
Previously Una worked at Arup for 15 years, where she was a Senior PA as well as Events Co-ordinator. More recently, she has worked at KPMG, EY and Michelmores Solicitors.
Prior to joining CDC Marion worked for the World Class Learning Group, an international schools and curriculum group. Her role was Executive Assistant to a number of directors based in the UK and the USA.
In her earlier career, Marion worked within the life insurance sector, specialising in disability and death claims. She later progressed into the area of mental health, assisting the more vulnerable members of society in her role as Manager for a private clinic, working closely with the UK’s National Health Service.
