Mark’s background is in HR, mainly in Financial Services, and included time at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Investec, as well as heading HR at Climate Change Capital, a company investing in the low carbon economy.
Mark has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster University. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Prior to joining CDC in 2017 she spent twelve years at Aimia, the loyalty company behind the UK’s Nectar card. Here she initially performed a pure HR role before specialising to focus on building a strong corporate culture. This included embedding CSR into all aspects of the employee experience, developing a more diverse workforce and introducing measures to increase the proportion of women in senior positions.
Gabrielle has a degree in English from Oxford University and an MA in South Asian Studies from SOAS, the School of Oriental & African Studies at London University. Her early career was spent in the arts – in children’s publishing, documentary film production and cultural tourism – and along the way she lived for two years in the United States.
Prior to this James has worked at Citi Group, Bank of America and Standard Chartered Bank.
James graduated from Liverpool University studying Marine Biology – a natural precursor to resourcing.
Most recently she spent seven years in a variety of recruitment roles at Goldman Sachs, recruiting for front and back office functions including executive level hiring. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Felicity was a recruitment consultant, focusing primarily on finance.
Felicity holds a degree in Psychology and Management from Aston University.
Most recently Neami worked for SVB, a boutique American commercial bank, recruiting front and back office positions at all levels. Prior to this she worked at Credit Suisse Investment Bank where she focused on Quant and Credit risk, and Newedge UK, where she managed the resourcing team for the Futurestep RPO. Prior to Credit Suisse and Newedge, Neami was a recruitment consultant for various agencies across London, focusing primarily on Operations and Finance.
Most recently Claudia worked at Egon Zehnder focusing on executive search and management appraisals. Prior to this, Claudia worked at LDL, a consultancy that specialises in sales and leadership training.
Claudia has a degree in French and Italian from Cardiff University.
Nisha is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and has 8 years’ experience as an HR Generalist & Payroll Assistant in the Pharma IT sector.
Leyla has a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Surrey.
Most recently Jenni worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an L&D Specialist, focusing on leadership & people development. Prior to this, Jenni worked at a management consulting company specialising in sales and leadership training.
Jenni has an Economist degree in Human Resource Management from Corvinus University in Budapest.
