What we do: Best Practice

We believe that sustainability is a key requirement for any successful private sector business. This means that businesses must operate in accordance with internationally recognised principles on corporate governance, ethics, environmental management, social issues and health and safety at work matters.

We require all our fund managers to sign up to our Best Practice and this requirement is a pre-requisite of any CDC investment.

In association with Forum for the Future, CDC has prepared a Best Practice Tool Kit, which is a practical guide for fund managers to assist them in the implementation of our best practice.
