Helios Investment Partners is an investment firm making private equity investments in sub-Saharan Africa. Helios’ primary focus is the ECOWAS region of West Africa, centered around Nigeria, with a secondary focus on South Africa and the SADC region. The firm specialises in large buyout or growth investments as well as new business formations where there is clear potential for achieving meaningful scale in the medium term. Helios maintains a high degree of flexibility with respect to transaction mechanics, including investment structures and securities purchased.
