CDC Insight:  Investing in and scaling innovation for development.

Speaker: Michael Kremer, Gates Professor of Developing Societies at Harvard University

Location: London

We are hosting an exclusive event with 2019 Nobel Laureate Michael Kremer, where he will discuss the critical role of innovation in solving some of the world’s biggest problems.

Professor Kremer will be sharing his research on USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures programme, which tests and scales creative solutions to development challenges.

In 2019 he was jointly awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics, together with Esther Duflo and Abhijit Banerjee, “for their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty.”

There are a limited number of places available, if you would like to attend or would like to know more about our events in general, contact Mamoona Shah at
