AccessBank Rwanda received its microfinance bank licence on 31st December 2013 from the National Bank of Rwanda. Its mission it to be a socially responsible bank for the lower and middle income strata of Rwandan society and to be the one-stop bank of choice for micro and small enterprises in the country.
